pool which gets sun all day long. Around the pool are comfy sunbeds and
shades with many nice seating areas with comfy sofas for day and night time
relaxing. There’s also a large outside covered dining and lounge area giving all

day shade and perfect for night time dining.

The property comfortably sleeps 6 adults with 3 large double bedrooms all
with their own bath/shower rooms and fitted wardrobes. A temporary bed is
available on request should you want to sleep 8 adults. The house is furnished
with quality modern furniture complementing its attractive décor. The property
also has mosquito nets and electric roller shutters on all windows and doors

and air conditioning throughout for your comfort.

The lounge is bright and airy with a nice open fire for the winter months. It has
a TV with all the latest films, british channels and every Sky sports channel, so
you won’t miss any of your favourite programmes. In addition, the property has
fibre optic internet installed giving you the best Wi-Fi throughout the property,

even outside on the patio areas.

You will find a fully equipped kitchen, with modern cooking appliances,
dishwasher and washing machine plus 2 fridge’s - perfect for storing all your
cold drinks. The kitchen has everything any one would require for all of their

entertaining needs and requirements.

We would recommend clients hire a car to get around and see the lovely
sights, beaches and Portuguese towns that are close by. However, should you
want to stay put, there are plenty of activities and games at the house, such as
a new pool table, new table tennis and plenty of inflatables for the pool.

This property is also our home so we keep and furnish the property to a very
high standard, “its not a home to just rent out”. The feedback we have had has
